The General Conditions of Contract set out in this document are applicable to all commercial transactions made through the website www.outlet-textil.com, whose owner is Domainet 2008 SL, with CIF B98428550, with address on C/ De les Madeixes 6, Polígono Industrial "El Pla", 46870, Ontinyent (Valencia), henceforth Outlet-textile.

Object and Activity:

www.outlet-textil.com is dedicated to the sale of all types of home textile and textile accessories .


All the prices established in the web of www.outlet-textil.com have applied corresponding VAT.

Update of the website referring to recruitment:

Outlet-textil, reserves the right to make modifications and updates on the products, prices, promotions and other conditions contained in www.outlet-textil.com. In all orders, the prices in force at the time of the order confirmation will be respected.

www.outlet-textil.com, within its means, ensures that the information offered on the website is accurate and appears without typographical errors. In case that se produce any typographical error, beyond the will of www.outlet-textil.com, it will proceed to its immediate correction. If it happens that a customer decides to make a purchase based on an error of this type, www.outlet-textil.com will contact you to inform you immediately of this error, to give you a solution or both parties, as long as they are by mutual agreement, rescind the purchase without any cost to the client.

Breach of contract:

In the case of stock breakage in a product after the purchase has been made, the online store www.outlet-textil.com will contact the customer to propose the following alternatives:

- Wait for the product to be available again

- Repay the full amount paid for the product sold out.

Delivery methods:

The products will be sent to the address established by the customer in the order registration form.

The orders whose delivery address is a post office box, will not be sent to cash on delivery.

Private transportation or urgent courier services.
Post and telegraphs.

Shipping / transport costs

The orders are sent by the transport agencies arranged by Outlet-textil to the delivery address you have indicated in the order.

Peninsula and Portugal:

The shipping costs for this area are € 5 (VAT included).
If the purchase exceeds 49 € the shipping is free.

Balearic Islands :

The shipping costs for this area are € 20 (VAT included).
If the purchase exceeds 180 € the shipping is free.

Rest of Europe :

The shipping costs for this area are € 8 (VAT included).
If the purchase exceeds 300 € the shipping is free.


All Outlet-textile prices include taxes.
The purchase system is subject to current legislation in Spain, therefore all items that are offered carry "taxes included".
The sales operations will be understood carried out in the fiscal domicile of Outlet-textil,

Return or Change of a product

1º · In the case of return for any reason unrelated to the company:
The products shown in our store are endorsed by important household linen firms. Offering the highest quality and the best guarantee is our commitment to our customers.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days , from the receipt of the order, to return it. (According to article 104 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law of Defense of Consumers and Users)

· The producto must be returned under the same conditions in which it was delivered, with fair use for a mere verification of the good condition and / or operation of the same and with the complete original packaging, otherwise the good will suffer a depreciation.

The collection costs in case of return will be borne by the customer .

To make such return, the product must be in perfect condition .

Once the merchandise has been received in our warehouses, and after checking the status of the same, we will proceed to the reimbursement of the amount paid for the order according to the payment method made by the customer.

To return orders sent to Spain / Peninsula and Portugal, the customer has the option to use our transport agency and will be deducted from the refund the amount of this service (€ 6)

For the rest of the Spain / Islands and Rest of Europe areas, the client will be responsible for sending us the product to be returned or exchanged by their own means.

In the case of change, the costs of sending the new merchandise will be the following:

Peninsula and Portugal : Shipping costs are € 6 (VAT included)

Baleares : The shipping costs are 20 € (VAT included)

Rest of Europe : Shipping costs are € 8 (VAT included)

The promotions that the initial order may have had, or any other promotion that is in force at the time of the exchange or return will not be applicable in the product changes and returns.

In case the returned product does not arrive in perfect condition or lacks some element, it will remain in our warehouse waiting for it to be picked up by the client.

2º · In case of defect or shipping error:

The return of defective or erroneous products by Outlet- textil will be admitted, being Outlet-textil who will be responsible for the shipping costs. Once it arrives at our facilities we will check the reality of the defect or error of the shipment, sending in its case the article of change without any charge.

It is not possible to return or refund any product made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly customized, as this implies its tailoring and made on the order itself. (such as Custom-made curtains indicated by the consumer or the pieces of cloth cut to size as indicated by the client)

Purchase Cancellation

The user can cancel the purchase process as long as it has not been processed in its entirety and has not left our warehouse. In order to ensure this cancellation by the client, it is advisable to contact telephone (960 707 757) with our Customer Service.

In case the order has been sent before your call, it will be considered as a return.

All shipments must be sent by any transport agency or post paid shipping, otherwise they will be returned except those arising from manufacturing problems.

The delivery time varies depending on your geographical location or the destination of your purchase, (except holiday periods or holidays) if on the contrary it proceeded to your delay, for any reason, you would be informed via e-mail or phone.

Shipping to Spain / Portugal

We send your order in 5-6 business days , except for certain products that are 10-12 business days . (stock, 4-seater covers, ear covers, chair covers, duo system, click clack, IKEA sofa covers, elastic chaise longue covers, sofa covers and digital roller blinds.)

Shipping to Rest of Europe

Shipments to the rest of Europe have a delivery time of 15 days.

Once your order leaves our facilities, we will send you a message by email communicating the departure.


Outlet-textil guarantees its products, in the legally established terms, during a period of 2 years from the date of delivery.

Also, the consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months after he has knowledge of it.

Deficiencies caused by misuse, negligence, improper handling or handling, or materials subjected to wear and tear due to normal use will be excluded.

When the use ofthe guarantee is justified, opting for the replacement of the item, rebate or refund, in the terms established by law. These actions will be free for the consumer and user.

This gratuity will include the necessary expenses incurred to correct the lack of conformity of the products with the contract, especially the shipping costs , as well as the costs related to labor and materials.

The guarantee will lose its value in cases where:

  • Modify, alter or replace the purchase invoice.
  • If the guaranteed product is handled or repaired.
  • If you lack the purchase invoice.

    To make use of the guarantee, it is essential to present the purchase invoice.

Applicable legislation

Commercial transactions made with Domainet 2008 SL are subject to Spanish legislation.

Application laws to the subject:

- Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce.
- Law 7/96, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Commerce.

In case of conflict or disagreement in the interpretation or application of these General Contracting Conditions, the Courts or Tribunals that are aware of the matter will be those established by the applicable regulations in matters of jurisdiction.
