1º · In the case of return for any reason unrelated to the company:
The products shown in our store are endorsed by important household linen firms. Offering the highest quality and the best guarantee is our commitment to our customers.

In case the returned product does not arrive in perfect condition or if there is a missing item, it will remain in our warehouse waiting for it to be picked up by the customer.
2º · In case of defect or shipping error:
The return of the defective or erroneous products by Outlet- textil will be admitted, being Outlet-textil who will be responsible for the shipping costs. Once it arrives to our facilities we will check the reality of the defect or error of the shipment, sending in its case the article of change without any charge.
It is not possible to return or refund any product made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly customized, as this implies its tailoring and made on the order itself. (such as curtains made to measure indicated by the consumer or the pieces of cloth cut to the size indicated by the client)
